Competition for talent remains high, with more retiring from the sector than entering it across all levels of roles and all asset classes, good candidates are becoming a rather scarce commodity. Currently we are seeing high demand for Property Managers with new development experience, Real Estate Analysts, Licensed Property Managers, and Technical Facility Managers.
