One of our recruiters will contact you via phone or video call, to have an initial conversation to understand your needs.
A discussion of the role’s specific requirements, market landscape and expectations will take place. Terms must also be agreed upon and signed.
Your recruiter will book a session to present to you the shortlist of candidates being submitted for the role.
We’ll coordinate interviews and deliver constructive feedback to ensure a successful candidate placement. If necessary, we'll restart the search.
Upon a successful placement, we will keep in touch to ensure you, as well as your candidate, are satisfied.
