Job Description
Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management (Fin/SCM) Consultant to support critical projects and system enhancements. This consultant will work closely with internal teams to configure Workday, develop business processes, create custom views, and deliver advanced reporting solutions. The role also includes supporting active projects such as Adaptive Planning, Vendor Portal, Grants, and Hyland AP.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Workday Business Processes (BPs) and Custom Views (CVs)
• Create and optimize reporting solutions, including Prism Analytics
• Support active projects: Adaptive Planning, Vendor Portal, Grants, Hyland AP
• Perform Workday configurations and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and maintain documentation
Skills & Requirements
• 5+ years of Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management experience in large enterprise environments
• Must have strong experience creating and supporting Business Processes (BPs) and Custom Views (CVs)
• Must have strong experience with reporting, including Prism Analytics
• Must have strong experience supporting active projects such as Adaptive Planning, Vendor Portal, Grants, and Hyland AP
• Must have strong experience performing high-quality configurations, supporting multiple projects, and troubleshooting issues as needed
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Healthcare industry experience (not required, but a big plus)
Day to day for this Workday Expert:
• Develop and maintain Workday BPs and CVs
• Create and optimize reporting solutions, including Prism reports
• Support ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of enhancements
• Perform system configurations and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals
