Seeking a VP, Multifamily Maintenance to support a 2500 unit portfolio in Manhattan - $220k - $240K base

Our client, a top-tier real estate firm, is seeking a VP of Maintenance to take ownership of the operating expenditures for a portfolio of Manhattan-based residential assets. With over 2500 apartment units under management, a successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a maintenance management capacity, with at least 5 years' experience overseeing Manhattan-based assets.

As the VP of Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of all buildings and grounds, partnering with the VP of Leasing to ensure brand standards are met, and establishing a 5-Year capital improvement plan. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Portfolio Managers and Resident Managers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance, as well as experience in budget creation/management, P&L analysis, and strategic financial planning.

Our client offers a base salary range of $220,000 - $240,000 per year, a discretionary bonus, full company-paid health and dental, 401k, housing and parking discounts, and much more!
