VP of HR Needed to Drive Organizational Change
We are partnering with a well-established organization undergoing a significant transformational change—and seeking a visionary Vice President of Human Resources to lead the charge.
This is an executive opportunity for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to shape the future of people strategy at the highest level.
Your new role
As VP of HR, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving organizational development, culture transformation, and leadership excellence. You’ll architect and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy that empowers people, strengthens engagement, and scales a high-performing team.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the transformation of HR into a strategic, future-ready function
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to align people strategy with business goals
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives that support growth and agility
- Build and evolve leadership development and learning strategies across all levels
- Champion employee engagement and foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability
- Scale and mentor the HR team to meet the needs of a growing, complex organization
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience across the full spectrum of HR disciplines
- Proven success as a strategic partner to executive leadership
- Expertise in organizational development, change management, and culture-building
- Experience leading HR through transformation, growth, or restructuring
- Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate with discretion and navigate high-impact initiatives
