Your new role
As VP of Construction, you will be in charge of managing the construction management team and overseeing the overall efficiency of production. You will also be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day construction operations
- Build & develop productive working relationships with other department managers and management personnel
- Provide support to other departments when needed
- Achieving results are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years' construction management or ownership experience
- Prior construction management experience
- Ability to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
- Ability to navigate software programs and accurately enter data into CRM
- Proficiency in MS office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commute to Suffolk County, Long Island NY
