VP of Leasing | Commercial Office | NYC

Your new company

Hays have partnered with a successful New York owner–operator, who are seeking an accomplished VP of Leasing to drive activity across their prominent commercial office portfolio in Manhattan.

Your new role

As the VP of Leasing, you will be responsible for the full leasing life cycle across a multi‑building office portfolio. This includes developing and executing strategic leasing plans, managing the broker network, handling deal negotiations, and overseeing marketing initiatives to ensure strong market visibility. You will conduct tenant and broker showings, prepare and manage all listing materials, and ensure vacancies are positioned competitively within the Manhattan office market.

You will work closely with Asset Management, Property Management, and Executive Leadership to drive occupancy, enhance asset value, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven, successful experience driving leasing activity across multiple office properties.
Effective negotiator with deep knowledge of office market trends, tenant requirements, and brokerage dynamics.
Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
Ability to craft and execute strategic leasing campaigns are essential.
