Your new role

As an AVP / VP – Electrical Engineering, you will take on a senior leadership position within the transportation and infrastructure practice. This is a hands-on, seller–doer role, combining technical oversight, client engagement, and people leadership.
You will provide strategic and technical direction across major infrastructure projects, lead multi-disciplinary electrical scopes, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and delivery partners. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers and supporting future business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading electrical engineering scope on complex transportation and infrastructure programs
• Acting as a senior, client-facing representative for public-sector and institutional clients
• Providing technical oversight across power, lighting, substations, and life safety systems
• Supporting proposal development, fee scoping, and client presentations
• Managing and mentoring engineering teams within a multi-disciplinary environment
• Contributing to long-term growth and leadership within the practice

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Professional Engineer (PE) license

• 15+ years’ experience delivering electrical systems on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects

• Strong background in public-sector or heavily regulated environments

• Experience working across multi-disciplinary and design or design-build programs

• Comfortable operating at a senior, client-facing and leadership level
