Project Executive - Owners Rep (Multifamily - Mixed Use Developments +150M) - Miami & Fort Lauderdale

Recognized construction developer located in the Miami - Fort Lauderdale area, with over 30 years of history.
Specialized in Multifamily, Mixed-Use Developments, High & Mid-Rise, Commercial, Ground Up, Hotels, over 200M.


Responsibilities
Supports, overview and coordination of multiple projects.
Managing contractors, contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
Maintaining relationships with the stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process / Document Controlling / process improvement / scheduling.
Reports to Corporate.


Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
15–25 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor, Developer or Self-Performing Developer, Ground Up, Renovations, Mixed Use, Multifamily, Hotels, Senior Living, etc.
To be successful, you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with the South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.
Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software are important.
