Our client is seeking a VMO Operations Analyst in Burbank, CA
Role Description
• Providing support for operational oversight of departmental functionality Vendor Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring they meet compliance and quality standards; manage the exit process or outgoing vendors.
• Contract Coordination: Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining VMR
Intake form and vendor contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and
up-to-date
• Monitor cross org dependencies and update project tracking as needed Supporting projects by working closely with all team members to prioritize deliverables based on business KPIs, schedules, and resources
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, finance, legal, operations, and other relevant teams to support business needs and strategic projects.
• Supporting department knowledgebase in Confluence, standard operating procedures, and playbook documentation, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor data, credentials, and performance metrics. Generate regular and ad hoc reports for management review.
Skills & Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in operations management within technology-related organizations
• Experience with Jira and Airtable, highly preferred
• Proven collaboration with tech teams, business units, finance, sourcing, and senior leadership Strong analytical thinking: interpreting data, assessing vendor performance, and making data-driven decisions
• Experienced in Project Management and Agile Delivery models
• Strong analytical thinking: interpreting data, assessing vendor performance, and making data-driven decisions
• The Technology Processes and Portfolio (TP&P) organization drives process efficiency and performance across the enterprise.
• Within TP&P, the Technology Vendor Management Office (VMO) focuses on optimizing vendor-related processes using data-driven insights to enhance operations and support informed decision-making.
• Supports the VMO Operations Manager in executing vendor-related projects across Enterprise Technology and Segment partners. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with VMO projects and vendor engagement initiatives
• Tracking vendor audits, SLA reporting, and service requests
• Supporting departmental workflows and project management activities
