Your new company

Our client is a heavy civil contractor who specialize in underground utilities, heavy civil and site development projects. They have multiple office across the country and have been in business for over 20 years. Their business is expanding in the Texas market and they are looking for an experience project manager/estimator with strong leadership and development skills to join the team.

Your new role .

In this position you will be a key member of the projects team. You will be required to estimate as well as manage projects. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling as well as managing all onsite personnel. You will also maintain a direct relationship with suppliers, vendors and clients. You will be required to develop new relationships and win new business.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have at least 10 years experience within the construction sector ideally within in site utility and heavy civil construction. You will also have at least 5 years experience working in the Texas market and have the ability to bring opportunities to the business. A bachelor’s degree in construction or engineer would be very highly regarded. . You will be motivated, driven and be able to work well under pressure.
