Our client is seeking a TSS Cloud Engineer in Atlanta, GA.

Role Description

The primary role is to provide a combination of senior level administrative support, monitor ongoing reporting requirements and technical issue resolution. The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism, as well as have the confidence to make informed judgment calls and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a team of highly technical engineers with technical implementations and day to day support. Confers with management and peers to reach consensus on related standards and procedures.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal guidance or supervision.
• Manages and coordinates implementation of proposed solutions.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all levels within the organization and maintains professional working relationships with same.
• Able to present to executives and other non-technical resources.
• Maintains technical awareness and is positioned to evaluate emerging technologies for applicability to current business plans.
• Proficient with the management, support, and maintenance of MS Exchange and Office 365.
• Experienced with mergers & acquisitions integration.
• Thorough working knowledge and able to troubleshoot all AD, DNS, DHCP, & security related problems in a large multi-domain environment.
• Proficient in supporting, monitoring, and maintaining a multiple Windows Domain environment.
• Learn quickly and show initiative when needed to implement new technologies and when resolving difficult support issues
• Design, engineer, document, and implement distributed enterprise server environments as well as cross training support technicians and the helpdesk on new technologies implemented.
• Successfully work with Executives, Project Managers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, System Testers, Desktop Support Technicians, and end users in the implementation of small and large IT solutions.
• Assist, mentor, and cross train lower tier personnel with Windows troubleshooting, design, engineering, support, and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year College or university; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MSCE certification a plus.
• 5+ years experience supporting MS Exchange / O365. 5+ years experience administering Active Directory including domain management and all FISMO roles.

• Proficient in performing Exchange/o365 upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting any mail flow related problem in a Exchange/o365 Hybrid Environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and Azure B2B Identity Management in a multi-tenant environment. Proficient with Windows Security in a large multi-domain environment.

• Highly skilled with: performing domain migration of users, computers, mailboxes, etc; setting up trusts and establishing cross domain authentication; and monitoring and maintaining a large Active Directory/Exchange environment.

• 2+ years supporting Single Sign On utilizing Azure and ADFS.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure/support manuals.
• Ability to define problems and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to perform as technical lead on projects and initiatives.
• Ability to design, engineer, document, and implement distributed enterprise Windows server environments.
