I am seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to help a national General Contractor to oversee the construction of retail stores, including Target, Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Sephora, across California and Colorado. The majority of work will be ground-up. However, there is some remodeling / TI involved. Project values range from $5-$45million. This position is to replace a long-standing member of staff who will be retiring.
