Your new role

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will lead the on-site execution of interior construction projects valued at $20M and above. You’ll be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring top-tier quality across all phases of construction. This role requires frequent travel to project sites and close coordination with project managers and clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years of experience in commercial interiors construction
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($15M+)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel regularly and work on-site across various locations
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore)
• Deep understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, and quality control
