Location: Nationwide Travel (Home base preferred near major airport)

Traveling Superintendent to join their dynamic team.
Position Summary:
The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for industrial and warehouse projects nationwide. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on experience managing large-scale warehouse builds from ground-up through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations on active job sites across the U.S.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to project managers.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and inspections.
  • Resolve field issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial/warehouse construction projects.
  • Proven track record of managing ground-up warehouse builds.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).
