Job Title: Traveling Superintendent
Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 annually, plus per diem
Location: Various locations, as required by project assignments
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee the construction and renovation of various projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and educational construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the construction process of warehouses, factories, manufacturing facilities, and higher education projects.
  • Travel to project sites to oversee all phases of construction.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and approve construction phases.
  • Manage project documentation, including compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between site and corporate offices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in relevant construction sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to various project locations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
