Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and driven Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects across the U.S. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel out of state and will be supported with comprehensive travel accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and inspections.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Demonstrated success managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel out of state for extended periods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree or certifications a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
