Your new role

As a Traveling Superintendent, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing retail construction projects across the East Coast. From ground-up builds to major remodels and rollouts, this is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-state environment and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or retail construction
• Willingness and ability to travel across project locations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and maintain project timelines
• Experience with projects ranging from minor remodels to large-scale builds (up to 400,000 sq. ft.)
• Familiarity with retail construction standards and client expectations
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
