Your new role

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Travel to project locations across different states, managing construction sites remotely.
• Work nights and weekends as needed to meet deadlines and minimize disruptions for retail clients.
• Coordinate subcontractors and crews to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Ensure safety compliance by enforcing regulations and conducting site inspections.
• Monitor quality control through inspections and documentation.
• Manage schedules and logistics for efficient material and labor coordination.
• Troubleshoot issues and adapt to unexpected challenges on-site.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and maintain project alignment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision for retail or similar projects
• A degree in construction management or relevant trades experience.
• Ability to travel extensively for projects across multiple states.
• Strong leadership to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
• OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Ability to pass a driving and background check
