Your new role

The company is currently seeking a Superintendent based in the DMV area who is open to traveling for projects. You’ll oversee fast-paced interior renovation projects, primarily in the hospitality sector, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. This role is ideal for a well-rounded construction professional with strong leadership skills and a background in carpentry or interior renovations.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in hospitality, interiors, or renovation projects
• Comfortable managing fast-paced schedules and coordinating subcontractors
• Carpentry background is a plus
• Proficiency with Procore and general construction technology
• Willingness to travel for projects across the DMV region
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Not seeking ground-up or basic tenant fit-out experience
