Your new role

• Overseeing field operations and managing subcontractors on refrigeration/cold storage builds
• Ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance across multiple job sites
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver successful outcomes
• Traveling to various project locations nationwide

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in refrigeration and cold storage construction (RAC)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
