Your new role

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all job sites.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentation.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among field teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proven track record managing ground-up projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, or food processing facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay on-site for the duration of projects
