My client is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to oversee the delivery of complex, high-end retail construction projects across multiple locations. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in managing luxury retail builds, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, and budgets
  • Enforce strict quality control standards to deliver luxury retail spaces that meet client expectations and brand specifications
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols, fostering a safe work environment for all personnel
  • Act as the primary on-site liaison between project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust construction schedules to meet deadlines while anticipating and resolving potential delays
  • Oversee labor, equipment, and materials on-site to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Identify and address challenges proactively, providing solutions that keep projects on track without compromising quality
  • Manage projects across multiple geographic locations, adapting quickly to diverse site conditions and client requirements
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on project progress, site conditions, and potential risks to senior leadership
  • Ensure that every project reflects the luxury retail brand’s vision, delivering spaces that elevate customer experience and reinforce brand identity


Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent in retail or luxury construction projects
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in diverse geographic locations
  • Willingness to travel as required by project demands. (Next year projects will be in South Florida)
