Drive in-store impact and grow a high-performing territory

We’re working with a growing consumer goods business looking to hire a Territory Sales Representative to support their retail expansion across a defined region.

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on building strong store-level relationships, driving product visibility, and delivering consistent sales growth. You’ll act as the face of the brand in your territory, combining commercial insight with execution excellence.

Your new role

  • Manage a portfolio of retail accounts within your territory, ensuring strong in-store presence and performance
  • Plan and prioritize store visits using sales data and account segmentation to maximize impact
  • Partner with store managers and staff to increase product visibility, optimize shelf positioning, and drive sell-through
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and convert them into incremental sales
  • Use insights and data to influence store decisions around assortment, placement, and promotions
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead and adapt your approach accordingly
  • Support inventory levels by coordinating replenishment and ensuring consistent product availability
  • Track your performance against targets and continuously refine your approach to exceed goals
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a field sales, retail sales, or account management role—ideally within FMCG or CPG
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at store level
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and territory
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting systems is a plus
  • A proactive, driven approach with a focus on delivering results
