Technical Alliance Manager

Your new role

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations
Coordinate and collaborate with internal R&D and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables and milestones
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful project completion
Provide regular project updates and reports to partners, ensuring they are well-informed on project status and progress
Continuously improve key account management processes and tools to enhance engagement efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, and material science
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the medical /chemistry/material automation industry
A minimum of 1 year of experience in research and development roles for drug discovery and/or process chemistry
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with complex automation workflow and technology, and high-throughput screening is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds
Proven ability to manage multiple internal & external projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively
