Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager in for a remote opportunity,

Role Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of client-facing cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline objectives. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, maintaining project plans and tasks across technical resources, and ensuring effective reporting, clear and timeline internal and external communication, escalation management, and on-time delivery of cloud solutions.

• Leads small to medium projects under moderate to minimal supervision.
• Collects and organizes resources, costs, and other budget needs.
• Oversees projects which have a typical cycle of 1 - 6 months.
• Manages actions that may cause or prevent delays and cause inefficiencies in the team.
• Projects typically span across organizations (departments) but may also directly affect a business, the unit and/or the entire company
• Develops detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
• Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
• Reports on project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates the resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
• Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities; manages prioritization procedures.
• Sets and manages client expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes.
Measures progress toward goals and revises project objectives; documents applying change control procedures.
• Obtains feedback at critical milestones and at project completion to ensure that project efforts meeting customer expectations for time, cost, and results.
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders and project resources to drive key decisions and ensure timely project completion.

Skills & Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 3-4 years of experience in a related field as a Project Manager
• Note: 1 of those 3-4 years expeirence should be working in IT, Cloud and/or Application Development)
• 1+ year experience working as a Project Manager in IT, Cloud and/or application development -
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills- Must have clear client and internal communication
• Proficiency of MS Office based applications (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Note they also use Project Insight, therefore any experience with this is helpful
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and verbal and written communication skills to lead and work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
• Ability to work both independently and within teams
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience
• Project Reporting , Task Management Skills
• Experience in the cloud or MSP industry
• PMP or CAPM Certification
• Basic familiarity with Salesforce and Project Insight
