Role Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support our Run and Maintain support team in our Finance Technology domain. This role may also flex as needed to support workstreams in our key company initiatives, including Finance Transformation. This role will involve managing the full program lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes that align with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience with Finance platforms, technical program management expertise, a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions, and experience in implementing program governance and structure within a scrum team.
As a Technical Program Manager on our team, you will work closely with our Product, Engineering Managers, and Engineering teams to help drive your team’s roadmap and plans for delivery of innovative and high-quality features. You will partner with other teams across Technology to solve complex technology problems and set the standard for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate customer focus, being mindful of Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage programs of high impact, risk, complexity while building and executing integrated plans across multiple teams.
• Present demos, status updates and risk/mitigation strategies and communicate down the pyramid through SVP level.
• Apply experience as well as technical, functional, and regulatory expertise to define the technical components of a multi-year capability roadmap.
• Successfully manage resource planning and a large team budget, accurately forecasting 6 months ahead and explaining variances.
• Handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Anticipate and remove blockers that are impeding the team’s success.
Skills & Requirements
• Program Leadership: Own end-to end program execution for the full backlog of initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and finance modernization strategies
• Program Planning: Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to document the technical delivery roadmap, defining deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior executives, business units, product managers, and technical teams to understand the needs, drive delivery, and communicate effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure program continuity and success.
• Technical Integration: Partner with engineering teams to manage system data migrations, and overall technical design, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and security protocols.
• Change Management: Ensure Change Management plans have been developed and aligned in the overall timeline to tech milestones. Supports development and facilitation of any technical change management needs.
