Your new role

They are currently seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team and lead high-end commercial interior projects across the DMV region. As Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing field operations on fast-paced office space renovations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. You’ll coordinate with subcontractors, oversee daily site activities, and maintain clear communication with project managers and clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience managing commercial interiors projects, ideally in office space renovations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore and PlanSwift preferred)
• Personable and outgoing demeanor; comfortable in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus but not required.
