Our client is a full-service General Contractor based out of Columbia, MD specializing in hospitality, multifamily, restaurants, and more. Experienced working with major brands and providing end-to-end construction services nationwide.

Your new role

As the Superintendent, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks. You'll be modifying an existing 1-story building and completing a two-story building expansion in the Manassas, VA area. The scope of the work includes grading, paving, and utility work.

What you'll need to succeed

• Local to the Manassas area

• Hotel experience is preferred

• Ground up experience (Projects up to $10M)

• OSHA 30 and First Aid / CPR
