Your new role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will lead the on-site execution of interiors and some base-build healthcare projects valued up to $20M. You’ll be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring seamless coordination with project managers and clients. Your leadership will be critical to delivering high-impact builds across various sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8–10+ years of experience in healthcare construction (interiors or base-build)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore)
• Deep understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, and quality control
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Southern MD into Northern VA
