Your new role
As the Lead Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations for multifamily construction projects in the Richmond area. You will be responsible for managing field staff, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring top-tier quality control. This is a leadership role that requires a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
As the Lead Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations for multifamily construction projects in the Richmond area. You will be responsible for managing field staff, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring top-tier quality control. This is a leadership role that requires a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 2 years in a Lead Superintendent role
- Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily or large-scale residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred
- Experience working in the Richmond, VA market is preferred
