Your new role

• Lead daily site operations ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain seamless workflow across all phases
• Enforce compliance with healthcare-specific codes, regulations, and infection control standards
• Monitor project progress with proactive problem-solving to keep milestones on track
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align field execution with plans
• Champion safety culture by conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks
• Maintain accurate documentation including logs, reports, and updates for stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility codes, standards, and infection control protocols
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex schedules simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for engaging owners, architects, and field teams
• Proficiency with construction technology tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• OSHA certification and commitment to safety best practices
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
