Attention all experienced Heavy Highway Construction Superintendents!

Our Client is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Superintendent.

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction personnel, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success.
Additionally, you will collaborate with project Owners, DOT (NJDOT, PennDOT), and Engineers to address and resolve any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry, along with strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Problem-solving skills are also a must, with a proactive approach to project challenges.
OSHA 30 and or OSHA 40 Certification, Highway / Road experience is a must - Drainage, Sewer, Grading experience is highly desirable.
