Your new role
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day site operations on interior commercial projects throughout the Northern VA market. You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, managing schedules, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong leadership to drive collaboration across teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster teamwork and transparency
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering successful projects
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
