Your new role

As a Superintendent, you'll lead interior commercial construction projects across Northern Virginia and DC. The sweet spot is projects between $800K–$1M, with experience in SCIF work, office spaces, and an emerging interest in data centers. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and overseeing safety on site.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in commercial construction projects. (Interiors experience is preferred)
• Experience from a trade background (drywall, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across Northern Virginia (Herndon, Sterling, Springfield, etc.)
• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work
• Passion for continuous improvement and professional development
• Desire to grow within a non-corporate, team-oriented culture
