Your new role
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site operations for complex projects. You’ll be responsible for managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control. This role requires strong leadership to drive collaboration across teams and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years experience as a Superintendent in complex interior-focused projects (preferably within the Data Center sector)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster teamwork and transparency
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
- OSHA 30 / First Aid certifications
