With a strong track record of successful projects for NYCDOT, NYSDOT, NYCDEP, NYCDDC, and various municipalities, they continue to deliver high-quality infrastructure work ranging from $1 million to $100 million.

Your new role
They are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for their directional drilling and excavation project. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be the key point of contact on-site, driving progress and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 8–10+ years of experience with heavy civil, directional drilling, demolition, excavation, sheeting and shoring.
  • Proven track record working with heavy civil general contractors in NYC
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • OSHA safety training preferred
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
