Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent or Senior Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects related to any of the following:
(water treatment plants, piping, environmental remediation, water, wastewater, HDPE pipe fusion, grading, and utilities)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish

- Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met

- Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and budget reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent field experience

- Proven track record in heavy civil construction management, preferably with experience in water treatment plants, piping, environmental remediation, water, wastewater, HDPE pipe fusion, grading, and utilities

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with construction software and technology
