We are a well-established commercial general contractor based in Winter Park, FL, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality multifamily residential communities. Our projects range from luxury apartments to large-scale garden-style developments. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects with a focus on wood stick framing and site development.

Position Summary:
The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for the overall field operations of large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in wood-frame construction, site logistics, and managing multiple trades across complex, fast-paced job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects, including site development and vertical construction.
  • Oversee wood stick framing operations for garden-style apartment buildings.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Manage project timelines, daily reports, inspections, and punch lists.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Mentor and guide junior superintendents and field staff.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily projects, including wood-frame, garden-style developments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and framing systems.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
