They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and large-scale commercial projects across the DMV region. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Projects include industrial facilities, self-storage, multifamily developments, grocery stores, retail spaces, and automotive dealerships. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up or major commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of industrial, retail, or multifamily sectors
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
