Your new role

As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery. Projects typically range from $12M to $25M, with occasional larger builds.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the federal sector or comparable commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage base-build and renovation projects independently
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
• Willingness to work across the Beltway and surrounding counties (Harford, Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Carroll)
