Your new role

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join the team in overseeing luxury multifamily construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality results, efficient operations, and adherence to project timelines.

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Supervise subcontractors, crews, and vendors, ensuring work meets quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to implement design plans effectively
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with all regulations
• Solve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining productivity and project integrity
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting progress and addressing any issues

What you'll need to succeed

• 10–15 years' experience as a Superintendent, preferably in large wood-frame multifamily projects

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to management

• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices

• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage tight schedules

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
