Superintendent-Healthcare and VA Projects

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare or VA construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of superintendent experience, including 5 years specifically in healthcare or VA work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Maintain project schedules, daily reports, and safety documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific protocols and infection control standards
  • Oversee remodeling and ground-up construction projects
  • Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch lists
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • At least 5 years of experience on healthcare or VA projects
  • Strong preference for healthcare remodeling experience; ground-up experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare construction standards and safety protocols
