Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Dublin, GA

Position Summary:
Our client, a reputable commercial general contractor based in Dublin, GA, is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with commercial G.C. firms and a strong background in either healthcare or data center remodels. Ground-up construction experience is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily onsite activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain project schedules and safety compliance.
  • Lead job site meetings and maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and site cleanliness.
  • Review and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate daily reports and logs.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience in healthcare or data center remodels.
  • Familiarity with AHCA compliance (for healthcare projects) is a plus.
  • Experience with ground-up construction is compatible and welcomed.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
