Position Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in government-related construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable managing field operations across multiple locations, particularly throughout the Florida Panhandle and broader Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Manage site logistics, inspections, and compliance with government construction standards.
  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress to project management teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or government construction.
  • Proven ability to manage field operations for federal, municipal, or institutional projects.
  • Strong understanding of government compliance, safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Florida Panhandle and Southeast U.S.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
