Your new role
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all field operations on assigned projects. You’ll manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and trade partners to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractor performance.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to the project team.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven track record managing ground-up and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software (Pro core experience preferred).
- OSHA 30 certification and a commitment to job site safety.
