Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction | Tampa Bay Area

Your new role
As a Senior Superintendent, you will lead field operations on complex ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally within education or municipal sectors
- Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction software such as Procore and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Tampa, Bradenton, and Lakeland
