Construction Superintendent-Commercial Projects

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned
Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects valued at
$10 million or more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial builds from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
  • Experience with projects in education, government, healthcare, industrial/warehouse, or office sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
