Your new role
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities for ground-up and renovation projects. Key duties include:
  • Overseeing daily field operations and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Enforcing safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
  • Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
  • Driving quality control and resolving on-site issues promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects.
  • Proven track record with ground-up and/or institutional builds.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
