Location: Dublin, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Commercial Construction

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Superintendent to oversee commercial remodeling projects in the healthcare or telecom sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent working with commercial general contractors (G.C.s) and a proven track record of delivering complex renovation projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily on-site operations for healthcare or telecom remodeling projects

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient workflow

  • Maintain project schedules and update progress using construction management software

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and resolve field issues proactively

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

  • Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and equipment usage

  • Document daily reports, RFI tracking, and progress photos

    Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with commercial G.C. clients

  • Proven experience managing healthcare or telecom renovation projects

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and inspections

  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project, Procore, or similar platforms)

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

    Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in active healthcare environments or telecom facilities

  • Familiarity with infection control protocols and low-voltage systems

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Local to Dublin, GA or willing to relocate
